Position: Groundskeeper
Location: Key West, FL
Pay: $19/hour
Experience: Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related field.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Type: Full-time; Temporary
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
HH Staffing is seeking a Groundskeeper to join a growing and dynamic team!
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and recreation spaces.
- Collect and dispose of trash, litter, and debris from grounds and common areas.
- Perform upkeep of outdoor furniture, playground equipment, and amenities.
- Clean and maintain swimming pools, fountains, and water features.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety hazards.
- Perform minor repairs on fences, gates, signs, and outdoor structures.
- Operate groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Report major maintenance needs to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies in all maintenance tasks.
- Interact professionally with residents and respond to outdoor-related concerns.
- Ability to operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment.
- Knowledge of lawn care and grounds maintenance techniques.
- Basic understanding of outdoor safety and hazard prevention.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and professional communication with residents.
